5. Breach and termination. The Owner may revoke this licence at any time if you breach these terms. On termination you must delete all copies in your possession. Any unauthorised use is copyright infringement and may result in legal action and liability for damages.
6. Governing law. This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
